To bring together key players and stakeholders in European Eco-innovation into a reflection on research organisations' role in producing sustainable innovations to the global market, and the linkages between environmental research and innovation.

Looking behind the current need in the market and discuss the multiple forms of partnerships for efficient integration of knowledge generation and transfer for sustainable social and technological innovation.

To develop a shared understanding of all aspects of research as a driver of sustainable innovation, how to overcome barriers in speeding up science based innovations' time to market
